An international keynote and interactive dialogue on the English skills that open doors to global academic collaboration.
On 15 July 2025 Dr. Dawit delivered the keynote “Beyond the Classroom: English for Networking, Presentation, and Collaboration” for the English Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Humanities and Education (UMBS), Indonesia.
The session, combining a keynote with interactive dialogue, explored how students can use English strategically to network, present research and collaborate internationally. A reflective case study based on the lecture has since been published in the Journal of English Teaching and Applied Linguistics.
